Master of None- Season 2

The second season of Aziz Ansari’s Netflix series promises to bring back everything that made the first season great. This season takes place in Italy so it will be interesting to see how he spends his time abroad. Hopefully Eric Wareheim will be directing the majority of the episodes just like in the first season. If you enjoy comedies or Aziz Ansari, you should check out the new season as well as the older episodes.

TBD (May 12)

Forrest Gump

This film doesn’t even need an introduction. Tom Hanks iconic role as Forrest Gump has been immortalized as one of the most quotable characters in the history of film. This is most likely one of the films that made Tom Hanks become the huge actor he is today. If you haven’t seen this film, you need to.

Marvel’s Doctor Strange

Despite the fact that this is one of the weaker Marvel films, it’s still a decent movie. Benedict Cumberbatch stars as the neurosurgeon turned sorcerer in this film alongside Tilda Swinton, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Rachel McAdams. Fans of Marvel movies should definitely check out this film.

Inglourious Basterds

Quentin Tarantino’s World War II film tells the story of an allied officer who assembles a team of Jewish soldiers to fight back against the Nazis. Brad Pitt leads as Lt. Aldo Raine with a cast including Christoph Waltz, Eli Roth, and Michael Fassbender. Anyone who enjoys Quentin Tarantino films or WWII films will love Inglourious Basterds.
