Finn Cannon (10) is one of the most talented multi-instrumentalists and singers at McCracken County High School. Cannon is incredibly involved in his musical interests; he is in Varsity Singers, wind ensemble, and marching band, all while he plays bass guitar in his free time.
Last year, Cannon was chosen to perform Thy Will Be Done, Angela Rice’s inspiring Easter Oratorio, with an orchestra of Lexington Philharmonic and the Lexington Singers Chorus. Cannon says, “I got to work with so many talented and professional people, it was truly an honor to be asked to do this.”
In the future, Cannon would still like to be involved in music. He would eventually like to go to The Juilliard School, a world leader in performing arts education. On top of all the incredible talents and hobbies Cannon has, he would also like to start his own band someday. Cannon is an incredibly passionate musician at such a young age, and there is no doubt that his passion and talent will take him to much greater places.
