Sophomore Kaitlyn Braboy is ready for her future career path, along with having a successful life. 

“I’m very successful in power-lifting,” Braboy explained. She holds three state records in powerlifting: deadlift, squat, and bench.”I didn’t know lifting bars would be so fun.”

Ahead of power-lifting, Braboy wants to be a marine biologist. She hopes to move to Carolina for college, then once she has her degree she hopes to get married and have a nice house. 

Braboy enjoys horror movies. “There are so many good ones, but I think my favorite is the new Scream,” Braboy says. 

“I’d describe myself as short, smart, athletic, and hungry,” she says. “Those words fit me and my personality.” 

Braboy enjoys listening to 90s rap music. “It makes me feel like myself when I listen to it.”

Braboy spends a lot of her time on her boat on the lake as the only child in her family.
