Lydia Vaughn (11) is an artistic and intellectual individual. She loves to watch anime, draw, and take photos. 

Vaughn’s favorite anime is Jujutsu Kaisen, a show about a group of teens who fight demon spirits trying to take over Tokyo. Her favorite character from the show is Gojo Satoru.

Vaughn also loves to draw for fun. While she is not in the art club because her job takes up most of her time, drawing is one of her favorite pastime hobbies.

"I started drawing when I was young because I had a really big imagination, and I would draw my imaginary friends," Vaughn says.  

Recently, Vaughn was named Head of Photography for the yearbook. She said that photography was just something she did for fun, but she really enjoys it. "I like to take pictures of flowers and cornfields around my house." 

Vaughn is currently on track to be a valedictorian. She has a 4.11 GPA and has taken several AP and honors classes. " My favorite class is history because I enjoy learning about how the world has evolved over the years and seeing different cultures interact."
