Erin Byassee is the daughter of Jay and Lora Byassee. Erin is an active part of the Mustang community. She is a member of the Varsity tennis team, Environmental Club, Beta Club, and she is a junior Rotarian.  Outside of the walls of McCracken County High School, Erin continues to give back to her local community. She regularly volunteers at the Community Kitchen and the Humane Society, both in Paducah. She recently completed her second service learning trip to  El Salvador with MCHS and Starfish Orphan Ministry. Erin has received both an academic and athletic scholarship to attend Midway University in Midway, Kentucky. She has committed to becoming a part of their tennis program while majoring in nursing.
