So potent was my joy after this first bite that I had consumed the rest of the donut not even 10 seconds later.

After finishing that donut, I swiftly bought another one, and even swiftlier consumed it. Thus began a vicious cycle of buying and eating these jelly donuts, which I was only able to overcome just in time to write this article.
