Parker Lyon is a junior at McCracken. He is a historian in the Young Republicans Club, vice president of Y-Club, and is very involved with the Mustang Marketing team! He is very involved with his youth group at 12 Oaks Baptist Church. He also enjoys participating in politics in any way that he can. He has volunteered in political campaigns for politicians such as Matt Bevin and Ryan Quarles. His claim to fame is being in 3 of Matt Bevin’s campaign commercials.

On the weekends, Parker likes to chill with his friends, go to ball games, or do something unusual. Parker grew up for the majority of his life in Louisville and Hopkinsville but moved to Heath at the end of his 6th-grade year. His favorite sport is basketball and his favorite teams are UK and the Oklahoma City Thunder. He plans to attend the University of Kentucky to major in political science after he graduates from McCracken County High School.
