Arabella Griffin, Staff Writer - The Mustang Messenger

Arabella Griffin is an extremely passionate writer. She writes about all kinds of things such as horror, fiction, and nonfiction. Whenever Griffin writes, she decides what to write about based on her “mood." She is inspired by many authors and poets like Edgar Allan Poe and works such as Alice In Wonderland.

Griffin has been writing for 3 years, since 8th grade when she found her love for writing and finally a way to truly express herself. She had always been a reader, but never even considered writing before age 13. Ever since Griffin writes daily as it is the best outlet for her to share her feelings with the world. She always puts all her effort into her writing, she only writes at home and when she has free time so she can focus and have enough time to be concise since it is a big challenge for her to focus elsewhere. A typical day of writing for Griffin would be staring at her computer screen until her thoughts start flowing onto the document.

At McCracken County High School, Arabella Griffin is a part of the intro to journalism class, where she works towards her goals and aspirations of becoming a journalist. Griffin’s favorite class, Creative Writing, is her favorite because it lets her socialize with people of similar interests. She is also a member of the Equality Club and Choir at MCHS. Griffin listens to pop, punk, and rock music. Her favorite movies and books consist of “Scream," “Adventure Fantasy," and horror novels.
